LP Roofing came in a little under average on their estimate, in comparison. We decided to use LP Roofing because of Sergio's professionalism and willingness to talk to us about our concerns and potential issues. They arrived on time and worked efficiently and quickly. They communicated with us though the project. They re-shingled our home and two car garage in just over a day including an amazing clean up. Do not use any other roofing company but lp roofing! They replaced a long piece of fascia that the wind blew loose at a very low cost and cleaned up afterwards! Don't even bother with another roofer, they are the BEST!
